Windows

The Extension Windows includes all ActionSteps that manipulate common tasks in a Windows environment. You can access media files; clipboard and paths; directories and files; cryptographic hash functions; hardware devices; network protocols and applications; and operating system environment and processes.

The ActionSteps are divided into the following groups:

group	Contains actionsteps for the following tasks
Audio	Generate a beep tone, output a voice message, and play an audio file
File Handling	Access to Comma-Separated Values (CSV), Excel spreadsheets, and Word documents
Camera	Take a snapshot from a camera
Clipboard	Copy, return, and clear text or contents of the clipboard
Compression	Create, manage and control archive files
Cryptography	Secure files using AES algorithm (encrypt and decrypt) and hash (file and value)
Database	Access a database and modify or read data.
Directory	Manage and control contents of a specified directory
File	Manipulate files in a directory, access file information and set time of information
Path	Combine or split path names
Screen	Take a screenshot, manipulate symbols and set XenoGuard window state
Imaging	Load, save, resize and rotate an image
Keyboard	Simulate press, hold and release keys on a keyboard
Mouse	Simulate click, drag and scroll for mouse controls
Network	Test connectivity, send emails and run FTP, TCP, HTTP, REST and JSON
Operating System	Run general tasks and processes in Windows environment
