Hue Sensor Get Configuration

The ActionStep Hue Sensor Get Configuration retrieves the configuration of the motion sensor.

  1. Open the Home Automation node in the Workspace Explorer.
  2. Open the Philips Hue node.
  3. In the Sensor node, select the Hue Sensor Get Configuration ActionStep.

Parameters:

The ActionStep has the following input parameters:

Hue Bridge
The control center for all smart-home devices.

Allowed Context Scope [Fixed]
Sensor Name
The name of the motion sensor.

Allowed Context Scopes
 [Fixed, Local, Global]
Allowed Context Types [Variable, Parameter, Enum]

The ActionStep returns the following results:

The state or level of the battery.

Shows whether the motion sensor is accessible.

The sensitivity of the motion detector.

The maximum sensitivity of the motion detector.

Example 1 (Read configuration of the motion sensor):

This example toggles the motion sensor and gets the configuration of the sensor. When the sensor is active, the result list of the sensor configuration is sent as voice messages in Speech Output.
